"My relationship with food in the last 10 years was terrible. Whenever I went out to eat I was afraid to eat too many calories, developing a binge eating problem. I was great at losing fat. "Through this program I have learnt to make small and incremental changes. I have learnt what “eating healthy” truly means for the lifestyle I want to have – because “eating healthy” means totally different things to different people who may have different physical goals! I want to be lean and strong – so this means what I eat is specific to the achieving these results. I never understood the importance of protein like I do now. Very importantly, I have learned how to incorporate enjoyable meals into my lifestyle rather than eat boring stuff, feel dissatisfied, compensated with tasty but calorie dense food and then regret it after overindulging.
